An Example

Problem – A company needed to change the way it was organised in response to business pressures. It was important that all options and issues were explored before the reorganisation was finalised and announced. Confidentiality was critical so as to avoid damaging rumours.
It was vital that the announcement was managed so as to demonstrate both rigour in thinking and supportiveness by the management team.


Solution – The team deliberations were facilitated in private. The management team was enabled to develop and deliver a comprehensive communications process, to agree clear performance goals and to manage the transition smoothly.

 
Outcome – The reorganisation was achieved with high levels of support from the workforce.
